They show as the dial or move as the hands of me, I am the clock myself

Just taking a few brief minutes for an update before I have to get back to work. So, "Verses of Villainy" is finished...being written...kind of. I finished the intital writing, but I still have edits and extensions to do. However, I'm putting that on the back burner and doing some very much needed work on "Telinhe". I had no idea how horribly it was written, so I'm basically rewriting the whole thing. Plus, I actually still have to write the ending, BUT I just came up with a bunch of new stuff that's hopefully going to make it much better than what I was intending. I also really need to get to work on "Yven" and "Palaplia", but I'll wait until I at least have "Telinhe" edited before going back to those.

I started writing a new novel, but I think I'm going to abandon it for a while. Parts of it were taken from a dream I had, and although I came up with some interesting ideas and plotlines, I'm just going to put it on hold. I can always come back to it. Besides, I already have a bunch of new stories waiting in the wings that I need to get to, and with having to completely rewrite "Telinhe", I feel like I'm bogged down as is. I have so many things to edit; "The Tales of Dominhydor" aside, I have to edit "Danny Marble" and "Verses of Villainy" and there are 8000 short stories I should eventually get to editing. Even if I don't start a new novel soon, I'd really like to write outlines for the novels I'm planning to write.

I just wish there was more time. I hardly got any writing done this weekend because I was camping. (it was so worth it though!) And this weekend, I'm going away to a cabin with some girlfriends, so I doubt I'll get much done there...but I'm sure as hell going to try!

Okay, enough dawdling and back to the Tuesday that feels like a Monday!
